In 2001, to the Omni Severin Hotel invested over $6 million to complete a stunning renovation of its guestrooms; including crown molding in all rooms. Most recently, meeting and public spaces were transformed in a $1.5 million renovation including the replacement of three breath-taking blue crystal chandeliers in the historic Severin Ballroom. The total restoration and expansion of the city’s only remaining “grand hotel” has created a proud, new, historic landmark amidst the downtown renaissance.
