We base our fees on a food and beverage minimum depending on the ballroom the couple has chosen, the time of year and day of the week.

We are a four diamond property. We offer an extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service and attention to detail.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Yes, we consider rehearasal dinner as important as the big day. Therefore we offer the same exceptional services for rehearsal dinners as we do for wedding receptions and ceremonies.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Our Severin Ballroom is so beautiful, it serves as the decor alone. Our elegant chaircovers and ties are complimentary and they add an elegant touch for your special day.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Yes, our tables, chairs, chair covers, mirrors, votive candles, silverware, china and glassware are all complimentary. We also do not charge for the use of our dance floor.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, we offer a list of recommended wedding professionals to our brides to help them in the planning process, however we do not require they use the professionals on our list.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No, we have a grand piano that you are welcome to use for no additional charge, but we do not have musicians on staff. We are always willing to help our clients find the desired musicians they need.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Yes, we allow our bride and grooms to use our board rooms adjacent to the ballroom to get ready, relax away from the guests and wait for their event to begin.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
We can provide the necessary power for any event.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
We do not allow anything, except for flower petals, to be sprinkled on the tables.

Yes. We have two ballrooms, the Severin and the Fisher. The Severin Ballroom, our most popular, is located on our first level. The Fisher Ballroom, a more contemporary choice, is located overlooking our beautiful lobby area.
