What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment?
Depending on the size of your order, our turnaround time is approxiately 2 weeks. We suggest getting your order to us as soon as possible to avoid any delays. You can specify a shipping date on all online orders. Call us for any order needed faster than 2 weeks.
Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product?
Our store is open Monday - Friday 11:00-5:00pm and on the weekends by appointment.

Will my chocolates melt during shipping?
We ship Priority Mail which usually arrives in 2 days. During the summer months we strongly advise Overnight shipping. We also use a reusable frozen gel pack and an insulated shipping material, which will keep your package cool, however, there are limits, and we reserve the right to delay shipment when we feel your chocolate and confections may be damaged. We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when delivered, meaning, you may have to have your sweets delivered to your office rather than your home. Chocolates and Confections left outside your home all day may be damaged by weather that is too hot, cold, rainy, or humid.
I want to ship to an address in the United States, but I live in another country. Can I still order?

Do your chocolates have allergens in them such as soy, nuts, dairy, and gluten? All of our chocolates contain soy lecithin. The only exceptions are our cocoa products. Some of our products contain nuts, dairy, and gluten. It varies by product. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are entirely free of trace amounts of these ingredients. All of our chocolates are manufactured in the same factory with the same equipment, which could pose the risk of cross-contamination.
