Yes we do charge for trials... the price breakdown is as follows: nitial Consultation ? Free Trial for Bridal Hair - $60.00 Trial for Bridal Makeup - $40.00
 
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes we travel to any location in Washington state. The prices breakdown is as follows Within 20 miles of Seattle ? Free 20 to 30 miles - $30.00 30 to 50 miles - $40.00 50 miles or more ? rate available upon request
 
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We at Off White have a large staff of makeup artists and hair stylists, and it is because of this that we are able to accommodate all needs of our brides.
 
How far in advance should clients book your services?
Wedding clients can make reservations in as much or as little time as they would like. We have a large staff of makeup artists and hair stylists which allows us to service clients even on short notice.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a deposit is placed it is 100% non-refundable. We pride ourselves on being flexible with all our brides to accommodate all schedules. If you have a special need, please let us know and we will be more than happy to work around it.
