The US Confection Connection was assembled to encourage cake decorating and sugar art from an amateur to a professional level. Cake decorating has always been a popular hobby among men and women alike. In the past years we have seen this grow from a hobby to a full blown passion of many. If you have a interest in cake decorating and/ or sugars arts, we invite you to attend our upcoming events where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with others who share your same interest.
The US Confection Connection will host the NY Cake Convention. It is an event where cake decorators and sugar artist from all over the world can come together to increase their knowledge of techniques, and improve their decorating skills.
We are proud to announce the NY Cake Convention is scheduled to take place January 2–5, 2010. This will be the first time a Cake Convention of this magnitude will be held in New York City. Throughout the four-day convention, attendees will be able compete for prizes, take hands on instructional classes, watch demonstrations from celebrity cake decorators, and shop with vendors selling cake related products. We look forward to seeing you there.
