About Us
The US Con­fec­tion Con­nec­tion was assem­bled to encour­age cake dec­o­rat­ing and sugar art from an ama­teur to a pro­fes­sional level. Cake dec­o­rat­ing has always been a pop­u­lar hobby among men and women alike. In the past years we have seen this grow from a hobby to a full blown pas­sion of many. If you have a inter­est in cake dec­o­rat­ing and/ or sug­ars arts, we invite you to attend our upcom­ing events where you will have the oppor­tu­nity to col­lab­o­rate with oth­ers who share your same interest.

The US Con­fec­tion Con­nec­tion will host the NY Cake Con­ven­tion. It is an event where cake dec­o­ra­tors and sugar artist from all over the world can come together to increase their knowl­edge of tech­niques, and improve their dec­o­rat­ing skills.

We are proud to announce the NY Cake Con­ven­tion is sched­uled to take place Jan­u­ary 2–5, 2010. This will be the first time a Cake Con­ven­tion of this mag­ni­tude will be held in New York City. Through­out the four-day con­ven­tion, atten­dees will be able com­pete for prizes, take hands on instruc­tional classes, watch demon­stra­tions from celebrity cake dec­o­ra­tors, and shop with ven­dors sell­ing cake related prod­ucts.
