Tips and Advice
1.  Always insist on looking at photogrpher's work and not just a few samples of his or her choices here and there, one entire wedding. Or an entire proof or preview album where you can see how consistant the photographer is in producing quality and content of an event.
2.  Experience is must, with out an experience basically you are hiring some one to do and experiment on your wedding day so he or she can learn more on the subject of photography or videography!
3.  Always always always remember, you get what you pay for. We all know what our compitators are charging, if someone is charging low dosen't mean he or she is afraid to charge, they know how much they are worth and if you like their work refer to my tip #1 or may be you do not have anything to compare to.
4.  After everthing is over, photos and videos is the only thing you are going to have for the rest of your life, try to set a realistic budget and get some one good out there instade of looking for a deal.
