The spiritual journey you are about to take together, is one of the most important decisions of your life. Marriage is a very transforming, magical, and enlightening life experience and your wedding ceremony is as special as the love you share. One great way to show your love for each other is through a customized wedding ceremony that reflects the beauty, commitment, and unity you both share. Your customized ceremony reflects your wishes, cultural elements, theme, music, favorite quotes, beliefs, personal life experiences, and personal vows of love.
Many couples are now seeking spiritual weddings outside the restrictions of a particular denomination and as an alternative to civil weddings devoid of spiritual content. Meaningful wedding ceremonies are always a real honor and joy. Each ceremony is designed to capture the essence and purpose of your relationship, to consecrate the vision of your lives together, and to anchor your love within a spiritual context.
Wedding Ceremonies
Whatever type of ceremony you choose it should be a powerful beginning to your new life together. Here are some basic ingredients common to all ceremonies. Each ceremony should reflect the love you feel for each other and celebrate your personalities, personal beliefs and family traditions and values. It should be happy, friendly and warm; a 'real' celebration.
The ceremonies we conduct are all spiritual! There is no greater spiritual aspect in life then love? No belief system has a monopoly on love. When laughter, happiness, commitment, warmth, caring, supporting, sharing and celebration are present then many of the spiritual aspects of life are also present.
When the bride and groom come from two different religious and cultural traditions then the main theme of the ceremony, is not contradictory, but emphasizes sameness and commonality to both traditions. A ceremony where sensitivity and respect for both traditions are emphasized! For couples wishing to celebrate their cultural heritage some rituals are easily inserted into the content of the overall ceremony. Everyone is affirmed!
Today’s ceremonies typically include the opportunity for the you, as the wedding couple, to turn and face your audience as you express your special sentiments and vows to each other. Unlike the typical ceremony, you become the focus of attention for your guests, not your officiant.
Are you totally unconventional and do you like to entertain? Are you looking for the most unique, unforgettable and romantic ceremony that will thoroughly entertain your guests? During your relationship and engagement, were you a doubting Thomas, worrywart, or and individual who wavered before firmly deciding to marry? Were you unsure about your decision to marry? Are your friends and family concerned about your decision to marry? If so, ask about a totally unique alternative to the traditional ceremony that creates a theatrical atmosphere for your guests that will visually demonstrate your love, devotion and commitment for one another.
Renewal of Vows
Our renewal of vows ceremony is much like a real wedding ceremony as we celebrate that wonderful day, years ago when the couple made their deep and abiding commitment of marriage.
I would be honored to assist you with a renewal of vows ceremony or anniversary celebration. Honoring and marking the passage of time within a marriage reminds us of the reason and intention that brought two individuals together. Whether you write new vows that speak to this time in your life and relationship, or exchange the vows you took on your wedding day, a renewal of vows is a beautiful and very tangible way of saying “I do…still.” It speaks of the continuity of love, the fruition of hope, and the sharing of a common path traveled together.
This ceremony is for any married couple wishing to celebrate the renewing of their marriage vows. The Renewal Of Marriage Vows and Marriage Blessing Ceremonies are often used to celebrate a wedding anniversary or for a couple’s desire to renew their commitment to each other. The ceremony can be held anywhere and is uniquely and personally arranged. A special certificate signed in the presence of your two witnesses on the day will be presented to you to mark the special occasion.
Commitment Ceremonies
A commitment ceremony is a meaningful way of publicly declaring and celebrating your love and desire to share your life with your partner. Indeed many couples regardless of state laws, feel entering into the legalities of marriage is simply not relevant to who they are as individuals and as a couple. Yet a commitment ceremony holds the same intention as a marriage ceremony and offers an opportunity for friends and family to bear witness as they make your vows to each other.
Commitment Ceremonies are for any adult couple of any sexual orientation who wish to celebrate their formal commitment to each other without undergoing a legal marriage or cannot marry for legal reasons. You can elect for a ceremony with guests or for a private occasion with just the couple in attendance.
Every Commitment Ceremony is unique. Working within the Ceremony framework, couples create their own unique celebration by selecting words, poems and readings that hold a special meaning for them. The venue, number of guests and involvement of other guests are also chosen by the couple, creating, in all, a very meaningful and personal experience.

Your wedding day is a special time to share with your family and closest friends. On the "day of" your wedding, let New Path Ceremonies handle all of the details of your event so you and your guests can relax and enjoy your special day! As your "day of" wedding coordinator, our function is to make your day as stress-free and as smooth as possible. Once you've chosen your vendors, we will direct the events of the day to make sure everyone around you is doing their job. Should any emergencies happen she will take care of them. Although hired for the "day of" event, we actually works on helping you plan many days before the event.
At New Path Ceremonies, we will save you time and help alleviate the stress involved with planning your wedding. We are dedicated to making you feel at ease so you can enjoy your wedding from the planning process through the final dance Even if you do not need a wedding planner for all the details, we can manage the day of event day to make sure everything runs smoothly. Be assured that all details will be in place and your "once in a lifetime" wedding will proceed in the proper order and will be managed in a professional and courteous manner.
Emergengy Wedding Ceremonies (Backup Officiant)
If your Officiant backs out or is otherwise unable to preside over your ceremony, we will provide an Officiant to perform your ceremony. This service provides a “back-up” wedding officiant in the event a couple’s minister, clergy, judge or justice-of-the-peace is unable or unwilling to perform your wedding ceremony, even at the last minute. When an Officiant does not show up on the most special of all days, your ceremony is ruined. Couples can hire an Officiant at the last minute, or engage an Officiant as a backup to ensure your service is covered in the event of an emergency. A small fee will apply for an Officiant to be on standby for your ceremony.
We'll Help You Write Your Personal Wedding Vows
Let us help you write your wedding vows. You may consider this service even if you have already selected your Wedding Officiant. This service is partcularly valuable if you want to write and read your vows. Most couples would love to express their own feelings and words for one another, but may not know how to write them into the meaningful and beautiful expressions of feelings you desire. While traditional wedding vows typically read by your Officiant are meaningful as is, they are often times generic and used over and over for many different ceremonies. Our goal is to use the information you provide to write your personalized vows. The custom wedding vows we write for you are vows that you and your fiancé/fiancée will cherish for years to come.
