Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
I guarantee that if not myself, then a photographer that I am partnered with will be there. Life happens and sometimes emergencys come up. But someone that I would trust to do my wedding will be there.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No. I devote the day to your wedding.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do you charge hourly or full day?
I have a 6 hour, 8 hour or all day session.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes. If you choose to have me there longer than the time purchased, it is $100 an hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No breaks during our time. We are constantly shooting.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes. I don't make money on travel fees but I don't loose money either.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
4-6 weeks
In what format are the initial proofs offered?

How long can the client keep the proofs?
They are yours to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes. That is how people see what I do is by looking at pictures. So I retain the right to use them for display.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes. But in the event of publishing them other than my website, I will let you know.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes for a fee.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?

When will the client get the final album?
That depends on the style book you choose.
