Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We can digitally offer any type of retouching and finish for your images.
 
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I have experienced several different types of lighting and learned from each one to bring out the best.
 
Is your media preference film or digital?
We appreciate all media forms, we bring it all to your event.
 
How many photographers do you work with?
Every event comes with two photographers and if more are needed we have others we work with.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Absolutely!
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Only one wedding per day, we devote all our time to capture and preserve your special day. We may book a shower or engagement session on the same weekend, but never on the same day.
 
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Several lenses, filters, batteries (battery packs),backup cameras and other studio equipment.
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, we have to be prepared for any unexpected malfunction. We have not experienced anything like this, but it's better to be prepared for anything.
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Depends on your package. We have some hourly packages.
 
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We are available for overtime at the rate of $150 per hour.
 
Do you charge for travel?
We charge a travel fee for any location outside 45 miles of the Downtown Orlando area.
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Your proofs will be ready for viewing typically within a week of your event.
 
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
CD-ROM, and website
 
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are yours to keep, and are not retouched in any way.
 
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We retain full rights to the photos, but allow our clients a limited not for profit, "share" license to post images websites such as myspace/facebook/ blogs.A low resolution CD-ROM with fully retouched images is available for purchase for a small fee (images cannot be printed larger than 4x6).
 
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, however I won't use any images that are not flattering to the client. I always keep a good relationship with my clients by discussing these details in advance.
 
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes
 
What kind of albums do you offer?
Coffee table books, leather bound, flush mount albums. The choice is yours.
