I have been baking for over 35 years...I was a Bakery Manager for 13 years in a Natural Food Bakery, so I really strive for a great, good tasting cake, with fresh ingredients. Wedding cakes now are so exciting because you can sit with the Bride and Groom, and really find out what they want their cake to look and taste like!! Round/Square, tiered or not, fresh flowers/sugar flowers, everyone has an idea of what they want, and my job is to have that cake on the table!!
