Bobby and Midtown Jewelers were fantastic to work with. We purchased Lynn’s wedding band from Midtown. They are conveniently located in the Reston town center. The consultation went smoothly and the wedding band was delivered on-time and as expected. The week before the wedding we made a last minute decision to reshape the engagement ring (not purchased from Midtown) so it would fit flush against the wedding band. Midtown took on the task and delivered both rings 2 days before the wedding. However, the rings were resized and they did not fit on the ring finger. We immediately called Bobby and he called us back during his family dinner. He picked up the rings the next day and had them corrected within hours. We knew that rush orders can result in potential issues, but it was Midtown’s dedication to perfection and customer service that got us the perfectly sized rings for the wedding. We highly recommend Bobby and Midtown Jewelers.
