I am DBA Micky's Cakes. My name is Michele Schmitz - nickname Micky. I am not licensed with the Health Dept. as I am under the new Cottage Food Law doing this from my house. I originally started to look into doing business because of doing my daughter's wedding cake. I enjoy baking and decorating but most of all I really enjoy making brides happy!  I do any size of cakes for any occasion. I do make sample cakes for the bride and groom to try, I meet with or talk with the bride as many times as necessary to make sure everything is perfect. I deliver and set-up the cake unless other arrangements need to take place(meaning the bride doesn't want it delivered) but I do prefer to deliver so that I am sure it is set in place the correct way.
