Do you charge for trials?
Trial runs are $100 and is a 4 hour appointment at a salon. Our Consultation is done on the phone before we book the trial run.
Do you specialize in textured hair?
Yes, we specialize in textured hair. We are a hair salon so, we know how to do all types of hair, even curly hair.
Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, hair extensions, etc.)
We do both airbrush make up and airbrush tanning. We also do clip in hair extensions on the day of wedding or bridals.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
We do go on location, or you can come into the salon. Our location fee is $100.00 and that includes an assistant, if one is needed.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We have done weddings with 14 women, which was 28 services for one wedding. We had 4 people go on location for that wedding. Our pricing is discounted when we go on location already for the bridal party.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
We ask that you book for your services 4 to 8 months in advance. This is so that your wedding date is not taken by someone else.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit, and for the wedding to be paid 30 days in advance. If the bride pays in full and they cancelled before the 30 days, they will get the other 50% back, minus the trial run because this is a service that was already provided. If we did the bridal portraits and they still canceled after the bridal portraits, this too would be subtracted, because it was a service provided. We have contracts for our brides. We read everything, every word in our contracts, to the bride at the trial run. Everything is disclosed before the bride books with us, and we have insurance.
