I offer taste samples of 2 types meat and and 1 side at the clients home. I offer also samples of wedding cake.
Are you also able to provide the wedding cake?
I provide wedding cakes in my estimate also.
If a bride decides to bring her own wedding cake, do you have a cake cutting fee? If yes, how much is the fee?
I if the bride want to bring their cake its no problem. I include the cake cutting in the estimate because I supply cake plates, forks & napkins for cke table.
Are you licensed to sell alcohol? If yes, where are you licensed?
I offer cash bars and I also supply the alcohol if client wants me to purchase it.
Do you allow outside alcohol? If yes, what is the corkage fee?
I charge a fee of $80.00 plus tips for each of the bartenders.
Do you provide rentals for items such as linens and flatware?
I provide white table linens for the food tables in my estimates. I charge and extra fee for table linens, linen napkins, silverware, glass or china plates. I can provide all of these for a rental fee.
Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
I have my on wait staff and I provide enough for the amount of people being served.
