Michael Williams developed a serious interest in photography more than ten years ago while living in Savannah, GA. He began working as a full time professional in July, 2008.  . Today he does weddings, special events, portraits and architectural work for companies and advertising agencies in Central Georgia and Savannah and Columbus, as well as surrounding states in the southeast.

Since weddings are the focal point in his photography, he makes sure he gives each couple the serious attention they deserve on this most special day in their life. As a people-person, he recognizes that each wedding is a unique event for the happy couple, and his desire is to make sure that they have the most beautiful photographs possible at a reasonable price.

Michael Williams is a consummate professional who is active in the community of photographers. He served as Chair of the Cherry Blossom Festival’s Celebration of Photography, Macon, Georgia, in 2005, and was President of the Middle Georgia Camera Club in 2006. He is a member of both the Middle Ga. Art Association and Macon Arts, where he is a participating artist in both organizations. He has won numerous awards for his fine arts photography in local, regional and national contests.  He was Macon Arts'artist of the month in September, 2008, and again in May, 2011.  He has shown his fine arts photography in a number of other shows as well.
