Option 1: Wedding Coordinator Services
•Initial phone consultation
•In-person consultations as needed
•Confirmation of all vendor arrangements
•Budget planning
•Recommendations on various vendors: wedding venues, photographers, caterers, florists, wedding musicians, cake bakers, reception facilities, reception music, chauffeured transportation, hotels, etc.
•Schedule document for wedding day
•Vendor contact sheet
•On-site coordination during wedding rehearsal (1 hour)
•On-site coordination on wedding day (10 hours)
•Follow-up session after the wedding to debrief and close any outstanding items
•Total hours: 20

Option 2: Wedding Planner Services
• Initial phone or in-person consultation (1 hour)
• In-person consultations as needed
• Confirmation of all vendor arrangements
• Budget planning and management
• Recommendations and bookings for various vendors: wedding venues, rehearsal dinner venues, invitations, programs, photographers, caterers, florists, wedding musicians, cake bakers, reception facilities, reception music, chauffeured transportation, hotels, hair stylists, makeup artists, etc.
• Tips on vendor contract negotiation or handling of negotiation
• Scheduling of and attendance as needed at vendor meetings (10 hours)
• Creative design and theme development
• Comprehensive wedding checklist that is updated on an ongoing basis
• Regular progress meetings
• Advice and recommendations related to all printed materials for the wedding
• Creation of schedule for participants and vendors on the wedding day
• Vendor & bridal party contact sheets
• Etiquette advice
• Oversee set up of ceremony and rehearsal sites
• Confirmation of all vendor arrangements
• Unlimited email and phone access to planner
• Locate and secure out-of-town guest accommodations
• On-site coordination during wedding rehearsal (3 hours)
• Oversight and coordination of entire ceremony and reception (12 hours)
• A "Wedding Survival Kit" so we are prepared for anything that day
• Travel to anywhere in the DC metro region
• Follow-up session after the wedding to debrief and close any outstanding items
