Kathryn is the owner and key artist of Metamorphosis Makeup Design. She has over 10 years experience in the beauty business using skin care and cosmetics and working with thousands of women empowering them to look and feel their best. She has been a Freelance Makeup Artist for the past 5 years specializing in bridal makeup and launched Metamorphosis Makeup Design 2 years ago. She first studied cosmetology in Southern California and then went on to study Art and Graphic Design.
She believes 'women are inherently beautiful and they need the right colors and brushes to bring their beauty to the world'. She loves to see the look on a women's face after a makeover. "It's amazing", she states, "They look as though they have just seen themselves for the first time. They didn't know they could look that good!"
Her passion is her clients and believes, "When I am with a client, she is the only one in the room. When she is in my chair, no one else matters at that moment."
Kathryn works with several talented hair and makeup artists and incorporates them into her business to better serve her clients.
