What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment?
Every order is unique and every order requires a different time frame to complete and deliver. Average time for an order of personalized items is around two weeks.

What type of decor (if any) do you offer?
Centerpieces are always a favorite. I love working with wedding themes and designing your truly unique centerpiece. A lot of our centerpieces can be rented with mirror and candle for around $10. Additional items available for rent are pew bows, cake knife and server, flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillow, envelope and card holders, a trellis and lattice backdrop.
 
Do you provide non-floral additions to floral arrangements?
We offer a large assortment of marbles, petals, fall leaves, tea lights and votives; all available for rent.
 
Do you offer full-services, such as wedding day setup, for an additional fee?
We do offer wedding day set-up and take-down for both ceremony and reception decorating. We also can be available with rehersals and/or church assitance; i.e pinning on corsages, coordination of bridal party, etc. I have even sewn a bridesmaid into her gown after her zipper broke while getting dressed at the church.
 
Di you have not worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?
Yes, I prefer to visit your ceremony and/or reception site before the event.
 
Do you offer flower preservation services?
No, we do not offer bouquet/flower preservation services as we only work with silk flowers.
 
Do you offer any other specializations that have not been covered?
I offer many services and can be available for as much or as little as needed. I charge an hourly fee and do not charge the typical percentage of entire event like most wedding planners do.

Tips and Advice
Please double check your guest list before making an invitation order.  An accurate count is extremely important.   A lot of the time, customers think they need to order as many invitations as they are expecting guests.  Usually only one invitation is needed per couple bringing your total closer to half as many as your guest list.  However, if you have to order additional later, it can be very costly. 

Please verify ceremony and reception site addresses and then confirm all times.  And last, but not least, check with your caterer to see when they will need a final head count.  Having all of this information will greatly reduce the time it takes to complete your invitation order.
