Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
I offer my clients all of their images in color, than add in some black and white, sepia, and textured looks.
 
Is your media preference film or digital?
I prefer and work with digital.
 
How many photographers do you work with?
There is myself and 1 assistant
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes! You will be meeting me at all of your consultations and I will be the main photographer to capture your wedding day.
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No I do not.I limit myself to how many weddings that I book a year. I prefer to get to know my clients on a personal level.. which will help bring out their personalities on their day. I find that doing it that way, they are more at ease around myself and the camera.
 
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
No I am the main eye behind the camera, my assistant works with me to capture the "behind the scene photographs" Clients hire me.. so thats what they receive.
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes I always bring everything. You can never predict when your camera decides to break down.
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I offer packages with different hours per package. I do offer hourly quotes if they do not wish to get a package. I work with the clients budget to ensure that they have affordable yet creative and timeless memories
 
Do you charge for travel?
No it is included in the package
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We would set up a date for 1 or 2 weeks after the day, depending on their arrangements.
 
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Private online web gallery
 
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
I do not copy right clients photo's.
 
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
I provide all negatives,and copies of the photographs.

Tips and Advice
My advice and tip for all brides would be to make sure you pick a photographer that goes well with your personalities, and style.  You can get a good idea on the style of photography by their portfolio. Once you meet the photographer and they seem to be laid back and fill of great idea's with the location and with both of your personalities than it's good to go. 
You want a photographer who is fun and full of energy! Someone who know's what to do and doesn't make you feel rushed with each shot. You only get married once, most of your memories will be filled with the great experence that you and your guest had with the wedding photographer.
