We shoot only in digital.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
If we have a pulse, we'll be there.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only cover one wedding per day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes we do, and it is not someone from Craigslist.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We use Canon digital SLR cameras with a variety of lenses. All of our cameras and lenses are the best that Canon makes.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes. We have backups for all of our equipments.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We only offer full day coverages. We don't want to worry about the time and we don't want you to worry about it either on your wedding day.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel charges are included in the pricing.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We usually post a preview of the pictures within days. The rest of the pictures will be available within 5 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proofs are available at an online gallery.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We will deliver to you all the high resolution files on a DVD in a handmade silk folio.
Will images be available for viewing online?
We will host your proofs on an online gallery for 270 days.
