Megan is incredible, funny, go-with-the-flow, easy, and every other fantastic synonym you can find in the dictionary for perfect!
Not only did she do our engagement pictures, which were amazing, detailed, and so very "us", she did a boudoir session, our wedding, and then bridal portraits the next day!

Engagement: She was completely willing to traipse through mud, muck, and mire to get the perfect shot. There were bugs & it was muggy and gross out, but Megan had us laughing & at ease the entire time. -- She's very honest when a pose isn't flattering: She'll let you know that you need to lift your chin, sit up straighter, but not in any sort of a forced fashion. She gets the shot she needs & it's still completely natural.

Boudoir: I cannot tell you how scared I was to do this-- But I knew that I wanted Megan to be the photographer & she had a fantastic Makeup Artist (Despina!!) who was doing makeovers the same day. Megan worked with me to find natural poses to fit a very sweet & laid back look, & was also inspired by the 2nd outfit for some very vintage pinup shots! (hello legs!) It was SO not weird & Megan doesn't even make a thing about you being in however much (or little!) clothing you're in. The shots were fabulous!

Wedding: Megan has a lot of great packages for her wedding pictures: Every single one of them will get you exactly what you need! We opted for the "In My Life" package + Photo Booth & Day-After shoot (rock the dress?). Anyway- Megan is still editing the pictures, but what makes me so happy is that she does sneak peeks of the photos & she's so excited about some of the portraits, she couldn't help but post them early! (Yay!! Sneak peek to my sneak peek! lol) She's very relaxed & I know that I cried (hey, weddings are emotional!) several times, and it's totally fine. She lets you do your thing while you're composed in the shot & the pictures will turn out amazing.
Our package also included a 2nd photographer: Rosa is adorable, sweet, and such a pleasure to work with-- She took candids as Megan took the more formal pictures & Rosa also worked the photo booth. Love love love this team.
--Also, I want to mention how magical she is: Taking the suggestion of my brothers and myself of taking a picture with some mops & a shopping cart that was left behind the facility. I'm SO excited for this picture!!!

Day-After Portraits: I guess some people would call this rock the dress? I'm calling it "2nd Look" (instead of 1st look.. get it? ha ha) -- Anyhoo-- We went to the carousel at the pier as well as a dock & got our portraits done as well as some other fun shots of just the two of us. We didn't want to see eachother before the ceremony and we didn't want to take away from the time we could have with our friends & family at our wedding! --Megan was so easy & fun to work with. She'll pitch ideas, she'll take yours in, too, and it all ends up looking SO fantastic. (so amazingly fantastic)

I wouldn't trust our family's memories to anyone else. & when we get onto the bump & family-family portraits, you know who I'll be calling ;) (but definitely calling for a few more sessions before that, because I love this lady!)
