Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I book more than one event for a weekend, never in a day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes I can recommend plenty of other photographers if this were ever the case.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I bring a rolling case full of goodies- 2 cameras, lots of memory cards, lots of batteries, and flashes.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, always.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I have package pricing.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, $250/ additional hour
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
If the wedding is more than 4 hours, I expect to be either be provided a meal, but if not that I am told ahead of time so I may bring my own.
Do you charge for travel?
I do not charge for travel to Atlantic City region or in between. Other areas are on a case-by-case basis.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
1 week.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Jpeg files online only.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Proofs are available online for 6 months
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but clients receive a DVD of images at full resolution to print from with a print release on each disc.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
I provide digital files at full resolution (prints can be printed up to 20x30) on a DVD.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, a proofing site will be provided.
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer coffee table books.
When will the client get the final album?
About a month after the wedding.
