One Photographer is present at your Wedding.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
YES, I guarantee I will be at each event. If there is an emergency and I am not able to be there, I have a wonderful back up Photographer that works directly with me!
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
NO. I only take 1 Wedding per day so I can give the couple my all!!
 
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
YES, I guarantee to have a wonderful backup Photographer who takes equally wonderful photos!!
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
My camera, tons of batteries, many memory cards, flashes and lighting features.
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
YES
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Depends. Every Wedding has different rates.
 
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
YES, We are always available to shoot overtime.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
One 15 minute break is taken to eat dinner. If you book our services for over 8 hours; one more additional break needs to be taken to give the Photographer a short rest and drink of water.
 
Do you charge for travel?
NO. However, if the Venue/Site is over 45 minutes drive, we do charge a small fee.
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Usually no longer than 2 months.

Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?
Home Based Business is what we've switched to.. allowing us to save the Bride and Groom money and still getting a Professional Video of your Wedding Day!
 
What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
EVERYTHING! Unedited, Edited, Tightly Edited, One Camera, Multiple Camera, Special Effects, etc. You choose!
 
Describe any special editing services you offer:
Sepia Tone, Black & White, Wide Screen, Matting, Vignetting, Slow Motion, Interviews, Voice Overs, Speed Ups, etc.
 
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
YES
 
How many videographers do you work with?
At each Wedding, there is typically 1 or 2 Videographers depending on the size of the Wedding Party.
 
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Only if necessary. However, we do keep in great contact via phone and email before the Wedding.

Tips and Advice
My Tips To Brides:

1) Best tip of all... dont stress out! Enjoy your Wedding day!! I’ve seen too many Brides freak out over little things on the Wedding day, at the Wedding or at the Reception, only later to find that it was silly to get that upset and wish they would of enjoyed their moment with friend and famiy a little more. So, DONT STRESS THE SMALL STUFF. Have fun.... come on, this only happens once in a lifetime!!

2) Coloring is SO important! Be very concious of the season... use colors that make sense with the season.

3) Food is also VERY imporant. Make sure you are also concious of the season.
