Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
We offer private tastings to all clients.
 
What are your tasting hours?
We are extremely flexible about tasting hours since our clients often need to come after work or on weekends.
 
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
Our cakes start at $10 per serving.
 
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
Yes!
 
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
We custom design each client's cake.
 
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
We use Valrhona Chocolate, fresh fruit purees, Sicilan Pistachios... all butter, nothing but the best!
 
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
2 to 3.
 
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
We do offer delivery... the fee is $50 within NYC.

Tips and Advice
We take clients on a first-come first-serve basis.  Since our cakes are so labor intensive, we don't take more than 2 or 3 cake orders per week.  The earlier a client books us, the easier it is to make sure we are available.
