Small staff, we all work together for each event.
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No - excluding the use of the Baja Room, which requires Ranch Catering.
 
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
There are no sound restrictions, clients may feel free to bring a DJ / live band / musicians. No additional charge is incurred for this.
 
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Changing/prep rooms are available at $75 per day, you may rent as many as we have available.
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Yes.

Multiple.

Only pushpins and tape may be used in decorating.

It depends on the type of event they are attending, the only restrictions regarding attire are set by the clients.

Additional Questions and Answers

--Baja Room rental requires use of Ranch Catering, outside catering allowed in all other rooms

--Room reservation: 50% of room rate
... ...balance is due 2 months prior to event, damage deposit is due 1 month prior.

--Rental includes setup of uncovered tables/chairs,
dance floor, five-hour party time of your choice

--Room access 9AM, latest event end time is 12AM (if your event time ends at midnight, you may begin cleaning then).
