White or ivory mid-level linens, napkins, belly bars, table skirts, additional lawn or banquet chairs, white or red aisle runners, tv/vcr, tv/dvd, projection screen, projector - please call for pricing.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
Small staff, we all work together for each event.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No - excluding the use of the Baja Room, which requires Ranch Catering.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
There are no sound restrictions, clients may feel free to bring a DJ / live band / musicians. No additional charge is incurred for this.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Changing/prep rooms are available at $75 per day, you may rent as many as we have available.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Yes.

Multiple.

Only pushpins and tape may be used in decorating.

We provide security that patrols the grounds, as well as any parties going on, however we do not provide a door person/personal security.

It depends on the type of event they are attending, the only restrictions regarding attire are set by the clients.
