A Luxurious Century Home on The National Registry of Homes In a Beachfront Park on Beautiful Lake Erie with Amazing Vistas
Weddings and Events on a Sandy Beach or Glamorous Mansion with Intimate Spaces, Beachfront Pavilion and Outdoor Patios
Reminiscent of an Earlier Time with a Beach Destination Theme
According to Huffington Post, T he #1 Wedding Trend for 2014 is a Return to Glamour. But, at what cost? Mansion on the Lake is the place to get married in grand style, enjoy the beach option, save a lot of money and begin your life together. Because our beach option can be folded into your indoor mansion reception, either at the beginning, middle or end, increasing your options to invite more guests for a unique event filled with glamour and fun, no matter what your budget is.
Mansion on the Lake is owned by the City of Euclid and is leased via a non-profit that has exclusive right to manage the property, and they allow Mansion on the Lake to conduct weddings at a low cost, compared to other wedding and party venues, due to its funding structure. Also available is the beach, just down the hill from the mansion, which is also city owned and subject to rules dictated by the community. Built in 1923 and fully restored as of 2012, Mansion on the Lake has limits to the size of events due to its main floor size, to groups of 65 (or so). However, the beach has no such limits and is the perfect setting for your vows or celebration event for a large group, saving the finer, more intimate dining option for your special friends and family prior to, or after, the main event. We are located at 23132 Lakeshore Blvd, Euclid, Ohio, in Sims Park, which also is owned by the city and has recently begun building a pier on the beach for future uses. We'll update our site as we learn more about the pier and as its construction moves ahead.
Beach weddings are all the rage for so many reasons, including the freedom to wiggle toes in the sand, but most of all because you aren't paying "per guest", anybody you invite can choose to attend - or not - and your event takes place in a public place that (in Cleveland) is not crowded or expensive as are many other beach wedding venues and destinations. We offer catering and many options, including customized beach, table setting and mansion decorations that are more thoroughly understood during our presentation. However, consider the wide range of options a beach wedding can provide, such as a place to fly kites, launch balloons or bubbles, build sand castles, play games and more before or after the wedding, while formal seating arrangements, sophisticated decorations such as canopies, flowers, shells, ribbons, feather flags and more decorate the setting for your wedding.
Since the mansion is a restored residential property, there is not a commercial kitchen on-site, there are no workers, staff or office people there during normal working hours, nor is there access to the building
unless by previous arrangement. Mansion on the Lake's chefs have an off-site professional kitchen, and know how to make your event feel "like home". We do prefer to meet prospective clients there on Wednesday evenings, from 7 to 9 PM, for those that wish to view the property freely. Our videos and photos give a glimpse of the property for your review. You may call us at 440-544-6530 or email us at email@example.com at any time for an appointment or to discuss our unique wedding and event venue.
Mansion on the Lake services include rental of the property as well as full-time attendance by our staff for the entire duration of your event, to assist in any way we can. We price our services to include rental and on-site Mansion on the Lake staff, and we price our catering to include food service staff, table and chair preparation and set up, and we price other services on an ala-carte basis.
Our specialty is providing your dream wedding at the lowest cost, and we think our unique venue, beach, experience and planning to fit your needs will cost you a lot less than weddings in other venues. Call us for an appointment to discuss your wedding.
