Nour and I had a mutual bride not long ago. It was the first time I had a chance to sit and watch a make-up artist get my bride ready. I was fascinated by her work. She was so thorough and meticulous and I was majorly impressed by her talent. Nour's warm personality and artistic ability is a wonderful combination for any concerned bride. She will take all the worries away. My bride felt the most beautiful and confident on her wedding day. I highly recommend Nour to any bride.
Nour is such an awesome make up artist and a pleasure to work with. She has done my make-up for several occasions and I always feel fabulous afterwards. She is very easy going and listens when I talk to her about the look I am going for.

Tips and Advice
•To all brides you definitely should get your makeup done professionally on the big day, why would you want to worry about how even your skin looks and if the eye shadow you have on will show up in pictures or not and what about all the blending? Even if you want your makeup to look like there is nothing at all, leave that for the professional to make happen.

• Try to book your makeup at least 4-6 months prior to your wedding, this way you can guarantee availability with the artist you choose.

•You definitely want to book a trial run with your makeup artist prior to your wedding day and that should happen when you contact the makeup artist. Just because your friend, cousin or sister in law looked gorgeous on their wedding day it doesn’t mean that this is the right artist for you. You should guarantee you are getting what you want.

• To all brides: please please please do not go get your makeup done at a makeup counter even if it is for free! Is that how you want to spend your big day! The artists at the counters have to help everyone around them so they will not be focusing on you, plus many of them have just started out and they will do your makeup the way they think suits you and not necessarily the way you would like it to look. The last thing you want to do is wipe off your makeup last minute and do it yourself.

• As for false lashes, I highly recommend that you don’t apply individual lashes instead you should have a lash strip because the individual lashes are delicate and if you tend to tear a lot then what will end up happening without you knowing is that you will be enjoying your first dance and your husband will tell you that there are some lashes on your cheek, or even worse you will just see them in the pictures!
