How many photographers do you work with?
When I shoot a large wedding, I bring an assistant.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Of Course!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never - we are currently only shooting one wedding a month and no weddings within 2 weeks of one another.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I have several different packages which include a specified time frame.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
I am available for overtime shooting. Each additional hour is $125 an hour with a one hour minimum.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Very few, you probably won't even notice we have taken a break.
Do you charge for travel?
Weddings over 120 miles from Decatur, MS do require a travel fee which is based on the distance.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Within 45 business days. Usually sooner.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online and as 4x6 proofs.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
They belong to the couple.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, unless the package you purchase includes the rights or you purchase the rights seperately.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, they come in some of the packages or they can be purchased seperately.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
