Do you offer a tasting for potential clients?
Yes. Tastings may have to be modified though, based on menu. Certain menu items cannot be prepared in small quantities.
Are you also able to provide the wedding cake?
Yes. We are partnered with two excellent cake companies. Sweet Gems is our featured cake designer. You can view their designs at www.sweet-gems.com.
If a bride decides to bring her own wedding cake, do you have a cake cutting fee? If yes, how much is the fee?
No and Yes. We simply need to know that you desire us to cake your cake, so we can make sure we have adequate staff on hand.
Are you licensed to sell alcohol? If yes, where are you licensed?
We are not licensed to sell alcohol but can help with the arrangements. We are fully insured to serve and we can coordinate, setup, and pour. We are not allowed by law to mark up the alcohol, receive money, or deliver. So what we do is have our vendor deliver and have the customer pay them direct. It's a service of ours so you can enjoy your wedding day and not have to worry about other issues.
Do you allow outside alcohol? If yes, what is the corkage fee?
No and Yes. Same as cake above. We will just need to know what is required of us, so we can provide adequate staff.
Do you provide rentals for items such as linens and flatware?
Yes.
Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
Yes. Coordinators, Captains, Servers, Bartenders, Busboys, and Kitchen Staff.
