Do you charge for trials?
Trials are $60 for Traditional Makeup, $75 for Airbrush Makeup, and last approximately 1 1/2 hrs.
 
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Travel provided to clients for both Trial and Event date. Travel fees apply outside of NYC, Westchester and Southern Connecticut.
 
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
Small or Large Bridal Parties can be accomodated.
 
How far in advance should clients book your services?
Please contact Liz at least 6 months before to secure wedding date and set up a trial.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
After signing contract, $50 fee charged if service is cancelled.

I am a Bride, and have heard alot about AIRBRUSH MAKEUP. What is it, and how does it differ from Traditional Makeup?



One of the newest services offered for the Bride is Airbrush Makeup. This new kind of application was developed for Hi Def television, and has become the standard in the industry. It is now available for you big day.

-This modern technique for makeup application renders makeup flawless and transfer resistant. This preferred method was developed for Hi Def photography and television, and quickly became the standard for celebrities and the modeling industry.

-A silicon or water based makeup is sprayed onto the face using an airbrush gun powered by an air compressor. Imagine thousands of tiny dots of makeup falling onto the face to produce an even, flawless finish. It is lightly powdered to produce a sweat and transfer proof foundation for the rest of your makeup. It does not clog pores, and only a small amount of product is used to cover the entire face.

-The finish is soft and sheer, but the coverage is amazing.

-It is also less time consuming than traditional application, and can easily cover more blemished and discolored areas than a sponge or brush.

-Usually, just the foundation, blush and highlight are applied with the airbrush.

-A host of things can be corrected with the airbrush. Tan lines can be made to blend in with the surrounding skin, large areas of discoloration can be adjusted, scars can be rendered invisible, and tattoos can be easily obliterated.
