Hi and welcome to Life's a Font! My name is Beth and I began my pursuit of wedding addressing after being asked by a dear friend of mine to be the official handwriter for all things in her wedding. I've always loved writing things out very pretty and neatly. It was being so involved in her wedding that I decided to take this passion to the next level. I have since learned calligraphy and continue to learn it as there are many styles out there. So if you are too busy with your wedding to address Save the Dates, placecards or Wedding Invitations consider using Life's a Font to free up your time and add a nice font to your wedding invitations. Feel free to look at my website - www.lifesafont.com

Tips and Advice
There are a lot of minor details a Bride or Mother of the Bride might not consider when collecting addresses and information for you Guest Database especially when the job of addressing is given to someone else that does not know the people on the wedding list. It is important to include a prefix for each guest and keep in mind that single women over the age of 21 should be given a prefix of Ms. as opposed to Miss. Although in this day and time it seems like everything is abbreviated or shortened to make life easier, but when addressing wedding invitations nothing should really be abbreviated. If you do decide to hire someone like Life's a Font to address your invitations the best format for you guest list with addresses would be as follows:
Prefix
Name
Name of Guest/Children's names
Street Address
City
State
Zip Code
Dr. & Mrs.
Jim & Nancy Smith
Katelyn, Spencer & Carson
123 Highline LAne
