Owners Brian & Mollie Rubenzer bought the catering company March 2005, previously named Ollies Kitchen and was established in 1987. Over the last 7 years they have worked hard to become a top caterer in the Twin Cities.

Our Director of Sales and Event Kris Oakvik along with our Manager of Marketing and Sales Melissa Oakvik are very passionate about you!  Their organization and passion for all the details for each event will ensure you that what is important to you is important to them! They put their heart and soul to produce the best possible results for your special day!

Executive Chef Brian Rubenzer, Catering Chef  Jeremy DeBruzzi , Manager Justin Ader have worked very hard together to create a culinary experience with stellar presentation, creative cuisine and delicious flavors, which makes your food experience memorable.
