Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
Yes! I love to have one on one time with my brides, so i prefer to do a private tasting. We love to do bridal shows also and we always post them as soon as we know where we will be next!
What are your tasting hours?
Our preferred days to do private tastings are Fri-Sun. Times vary. Please call and we will fit you in as soon as we can!
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
We price our wedding cakes by slice. Extra detail, ribbon and flowers are a little extra add-on.
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
No! That is our gift to you. But if you would like to include it to keep the look of your cake we will make you a new one free of charge on your first anniversary!
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
Both. I love to be creative and I have a lot of ideas. But I have a lot of brides bring me photos and if thats what they want, we make it.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
We love to work with fresh fruit whether it be in the filling or chocolate dipped on the outside for decoration.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Two weeks is preferred but please always call and its shorter notice. We most likely can fit you in and there is no extra rush fee on a short notice cake.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
We like to keep it at two to make sure everything goes smoothly but it really depends on the size and detail of the cake to determine how many we can do.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Of course! We can do fresh flowers from your florist, silk flowers or sugar flowers. We will provide a rental service for the silk flowers unless you want to keep them. To rent them starts at $15 but it depends on how much flowers you have on the cake.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
We have cake stands, toppers, and we do have cake cutters if needed.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Yes we prefer to deliver all of our cakes just to make sure that get there safely and are there to fix anything. Most tiered cakes need to be set up at the location. Our delivery fees range from $60-$100. We always have different deals and promotions each month to save you money! Like half off delivery and set up fee!
