Leigh-Ann has been designing handbags for wedding and special occasions for the past 4 years.  Trained as an interior designer at the esteemed New York School of Interior Design in Manhattan, she began her handbag business after looking for a creative outlet that would allow her to stay home with her two young boys.  She saw someone carrying a handbag with a simple flower pin attached to it and began to experiment with embellishing handbags with beautiful ribbons, trims, fabrics, etc.  After selling 400 of them at various craft shows the month before Christmas 2004, she realized she was on to something.  She developed and branded her line into a successful business for discriminating women looking for unique accessories that are not found in the traditional marketplace.

Custom designs are a specialty and can be made to coordinate with gowns for weddings, charity events, bar & bat mitzvahs, and other special occasions.

Leigh-Ann’s handbags have been featured in national magazines such as Inside Weddings and Destination Weddings and Honeymoons, as well as many other regional wedding publications and newspapers.

Leigh-Ann currently lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and two young boys.

Q: What types of materials do you use and where do you get them?

A: All of our bags are made use only the finest materials, such as feathers, Swarovski crystals, fine imported European & domestic ribbons, silk fabrics, silk flowers, metallic trims, gemstones and many other materials that we source & purchase directly from suppliers all over the US & Europe.

Q: I’m getting married and would like to have your bags customized for my bridal party. Can you do this?

A: In most cases, we can customize one of our unique designs just for you. Please send an e-mail to info@leighannkline.com with "Custom Request" in the subject line. Include the following information: Name of Bag Style, Color Desired, Number of Bags Needed, Date Needed, Your Name, E-Mail Address, Any Comments or Detailed Information you’d like to provide. We will e-mail you with a Custom Quote within 72 hours of receipt of your "Custom Request". If you’re not sure what style you are looking for and would like some suggestions, please just let us know, and we will be happy to help you.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: All of our products are hand-embellished with great care in our Pennsylvania studio and are Limited Editions. All orders are processed in the order they were received and will typically ship in approximately 4-6 weeks from when your order is placed.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
