Tips and Advice

Tip 1.  We strongly recommend that you hire professional musicians who are member in good standing of the American Federation of Musicians (the professional musicians union) to ensure that you are getting real pros.

Tip 2. Ask what other groups they play with. A real professional will be in high demand with groups such as the Colorado Symphony, Central City Opera, touring Broadway shows, etc.

Tip 3. Ask if they have ever played there before. A real pro will have already played at most venues.

Tip 4. If they don't call back soon, call someone else.

Tip 5. Are they professional and corteous on the phone? If not, you don't want them at your special event.
