Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We are very experienced in handling all lighting situations, especially since in some circumstances, flash photography may not be permitted during the ceremony. Available light shots are an opportunity to capture the essence of the moment in a very natural way, but essentially the goal is to provide you with an image that doesn't look contrived.
Is your media preference film or digital?
All of our photography is digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
There are always two photographers at our weddings; however, for larger groups there will be three.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only handle one wedding at a time.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We always bring at least 3 to 4 extra cameras, including extra flashes and lighting equipment. Your wedding is too important to risk faulty equipment, and we value your trust in us.
Do you charge for travel?
We do not charge extra for travel within 200 miles. Destination weddings are always negotiable.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
The images are usually available for viewing on an online gallery within 10 to 14 days.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are yours to keep forever, either on a printable high resolution DVD, or a proofbook with printed images.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer a large selection of album options, including magazine style, coffee book, and traditional matted style. Exclusively designed for you, no two albums will be the same.
When will the client get the final album?
After you have made your selections from your proofs, your album is designed and put together. This usually takes about 6-8 weeks.
