Lauren Ashley Wedding Coordination is a very new business that I (Lauren Ashley Martin) am starting up on my own because of my love for everything that goes into a wedding.  I am currently a Sales & Catering Coordinator at a reputable hotel in Dana Point, California.  After working with the sales and catering department for awhile, I have realized how much I enjoy planning and organizing to ensure that my client's event goes smoothly. 

For day-of wedding coordination, my services include:

-- 2 comprehensive meetings before the wedding day
                   Meeting One: general overview of the events of the day
                   Meeting Two: finalizing each exact detail of the entire day in order to allow the bride and groom (or groom and groom, or bride and bride!) to relax and simply enjoy their wedding day

-- coordination with any vendors involved with the ceremony and reception (florist, officiant, DJ, those from the reception venue, caterers, hair & makeup artists, etc.) in order to make sure all services are in order according to the wedding party's wishes

-- finally, being there every step of the way on the day of to help make the entire day perfect and stress-free

Because I am new in the business, my day-of wedding coordination fee is $200.00, not including gas/travel, which is negotiable.  I am excited to be part of one of the most special and happy days of your life, and look forward to the opportunity to help make it perfect. 


Additionally, I am willing to do parial wedding planning (more services in addition to day-of) on a case by case basis, and I am willing to negotiate the terms based on each individual situation.
