Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
All photos are taken in full color, when we upload the proofs to the website a selection will be converted to black and white and sepia and hand coloring, further photographs can be modified and uploaded upon request.
How many photographers do you work with?
There are two photographers, for any wedding over 3 hours the second photographer is included in all pacakges.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only book one wedding per day, we won't be late turning up for your wedding, and we won't be rushing off to shoot another wedding, you will have our undivided attention for the full alloted time.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We can recommend several replacement photographers should for some reason both your photographers become unavailable.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
There is back-up equipment for every piece of equipment that we bring.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Packages start at 3 hours, and then 5 and 7 and an all day package. We can also add additonal hours as needed.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We normally break for a quick drink of water while the guests are eating.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Within 3 to 4 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
All proofs are shown on the website, they can be viewed individually or as a slideshow and there is also the option for friends and family to purchase prints from the site.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
A CD/DVD can be provided for an extra cost. This will contain all images from the day in a high resolution format, with the photographers permission to copy and print.
What kind of albums do you offer?

They truly are beautiful and are the perfect finish for your perfect wedding photographs. We demonstrate the quality of these albums when we meet with you for the first time at your free consultation.
When will the client get the final album?
After fully customizing the album and choosing the photographs it takes approx 3 months until album delivery.
