yes if I'm booked for the event I'll never send another person. My clients pay for Ken Love.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never more then one in a day.. Sometimes two in a weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
No because all good photographers are already at there own wedding.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
3 $5000 cameras and about 7 lenses. and 5+ flashes. and extra batteries.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes I have back ups for every lens and 3 cameras.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
full day and hourly
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
$50-$100 a hour past 10 hours
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
just dinner at the reception.
Do you charge for travel?
$25-$50 if wedding is 45 min to an hour away
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
2-3 days

Website and DVD
How long can the client keep the proofs?

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes and the bride can have rights to print all photos and keep her disk.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

All high res digital files from the entire wedding. 2000 + Photos
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes 500 images will be posted for 60 days.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Most of my bride make there own albums but I will for extra fee make them for you.
When will the client get the final album?
about two weeks after you give me your picks for the book.
