Our restored 1916 historic building has a large room and landscaped outdoor patio area with a gazebo.  We handle a variety of events from birthdays graduations, business meeting, anniversaries and, of course, weddings.  Event prices depend on the lengtrh o the event but they range from $100 on up.  For example, with weddings and receptions, we allow up to 8 hours , which includes time to decorate, have the event, and clean up. Our large room with a kitchen is $600 (for weddings) and our beautifully landscaped sunken patio with a gazebo is $100 more, so that is $700 rent. If you need more time, it is $50 per hour. In the winter months, the outdoor patio is not available, so rent is just the $600. Also, there is a $150 damage deposit that will be returned within 2 weeks after the event, if no damages. Any tables, chairs and other equipment for outside will be provided by you, but everything inside is included in the price.

The building is handicap/wheelchair accessible. In the back, there is a sidewalk and ramp from the handicap-marked parking spaces to the patio and to the back door. Inside, there is a small lift (elevator) from the first floor to the second floor. Also, there is a one-person wheelchair accessible bathroom upstairs.  There is ample parking on site.

We set up and take down tables and chairs inside (at no additional cost), so family and friends don't have to do this. This is part of our customer-service. Also included in the price is a kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove for warming up, 2 sinks, lots of counter space, use of our two 36-cup coffeepots, and punchbowl with ladle. We have a microphone and sound system for use.  We provide garbage bags and you can use our dumpster.  You can bring in your own food or have it catered -- your choice of caterer. Also, you can bring in a cd player or dj, which usually is on the patio. We try to keep the cost down and make it as easy as possible for our clients. Our prices have been the same for 10 years – very reasonable.
