What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment?
This varies from client to client. We have turned around a project in as little as two weeks but on average depending on if we are coming up with a design from scratch we usually work on a project for about 4 - 6 weeks start to finish. But, we can meet most deadlines!
Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product?
If you are in the RI area we'd be happy to meet you in person to discuss your event and ideas! We are located in a great wedding area....Middletown, RI, right next to Newport!
