How much time do you usually need for setup?
Generally we arrive 45 minutes early to set up, hide cases, get a feel for the acoustics, reassure wedding party.

This depends on what group is selected.
 
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
I offer a microphone for guest vocalists and speakers.
 
Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs?
Yes, I can do this. I also sometimes stroll table to table and invite requests from guests. I then signal the key to the other musicians and we play together as I serenade the requestee.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I and my musicians come to play music, not eat and drink.
 
Do you play recorded music during your break?
Our music is continuous; no breaks.
 
What is your overtime rate?
We are there to do whatever it takes to make the event a success. Overtime rates are generous in favor of the client.
 
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Our travel radius is wide before I add additional fees.
