A Small Company With A Big Commitment

Kara Brynn has been creating handmade jewelry for the past three years. She went to The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City but ironically did not major in Jewelry Design. It was at FIT where she developed her sense of style: unique & delicate and something that transcends into her handcrafted jewelry. Since the beginning, a special love for weddings has become one of Kara Brynn’s favorite parts of designing custom jewelry.

Kara Brynn Jewelry is a small company with a big commitment. We use the finest crystals, gem stones, glass, plastic, or pearl beads. All of our jewelry is made with the best materials.

Is your jewelry hand crafted? Yes

Do you offer custom design other than selecting the stone and setting separately? Yes

Do you offer ring sizing in-house? If yes, how long will an average custom order take, from initial contact to delivery? At this time, I do not design rings.

Do you offer stone upgrades if the client purchases their original stone with you? N/A

Do you offer a payment plan? I will work with the bride/groom to ensure that payement is desirable and affordable.

Purchasing:

Upon receiving your order, Kara Brynn Designs will send an invoice based upon the cost of the jewelry plus shipping & handling. Kara Brynn Designs must receive payment within 14 business days of the invoice.



Forms of Payment:

Kara Brynn Designs accepts two forms of payment: checks (payable to Kara Wiswall) or cash.



Delivery:

Please allow 7—10 business days for delivery of your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.



Return Policy:

Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the undamaged item(s) free of charge.



Please include the following items:

1. Unworn item(s)

2. Reason why you are returning



Repairs:

Please email a picture of the item(s) that has become damaged to Kara.Wiswall@gmail.com and Kara Brynn Designs will replace it, free of charge.
