Weddings are meant to be happy, not stressful.  Angela Rando and Alida Monaghan of Juliet Events want you to have the stress free wedding you’ve been dreaming of.  By combining our  backgrounds and individual talents, we are able to provide you with outstanding service and personal attention.  Together we have over 20 years experience in wedding, event and party planning.  We are dedicated professionals who work to make your wedding vision a reality.  From the plain and simple to the most elegant event, our goal is to give each couple a unique experience.  We keep your specific wants and event budget in mind at all times.

Angela Rando, in Ocean Township, Monmouth County  is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants and a graduate of their professional development program.  Always creative, her strong sense of esthetics and design was refined at Manhattans FIT.

Alida Monaghan, in Secaucus, Hudson County, is also a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants.  Alida began her career in fashion and has spent the past 15 years in event and party planning.  She maintains close relationships with caterers, rental companies and banquet managers.

How many planners do you work with? We have two lead consultants and a staff of assistants.

What style of wedding do you specialize in planning? We are able to plan any style of wedding. We spend time with the couple to learn their personal style and translate that into their event. We do not impose any style upon them.

Do you support or cater to any specific cultures? We support all cultures and have planned many diverse weddings.

Do you support or cater to any specific religions? We work with all religions.

What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past? We have recently coordinated a wedding of 300 hundred guests with 3 ceremonies to accomodate the diverse religions of both families.

Which venues have you worked at that you are familiar with? We work throughout New Jersey and New York incorporating a variety of styles and settings, from a nightclub in manhattan to a tent in rural New Jersey.

We would advise couples to consult and hire a planner early in the planning stages.  This gives you the most options and peace of mind.  Having a planner working for you and tending to the details can be a great stress reliever for every one involved. 

One of the most fun things about planning a wedding is being able to use your imagination. While your big day may be right in your home town, your table decor can create a whole different world. Whether you want to capture a favorite vacation spot or pay tribute to your heritage, your table can set the mood. Your table decor and design elements can take you and your guests away to your own personal idea of paradise. Our August 8th bride wanted an Asian theme in honor of her heritage. We used a Japanese scroll as a guest book and incorporated bamboo into her centerpieces. Tiny origami cranes were scattered about the tables rather than the usual rose petals. The effect was magical. With just a little creativity you can have the wedding of your dreams.
