Typically I have photos on my blog within a week and all the proofs online within a month.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
The couple has the right to make prints from the CD of digital negatives. I really wish this site would use another term besides copyright. The photographer always retains the copyright but releases the right to the couple to make prints or for personal use. Copyright ownership is a completely different thing.

Yes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
