Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We are also a full service photo lab so anything that you need can be done by our skilled artists. We also offer many framing and mounting options including canvas pictures.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Our photographers can handle any lighting situation that is in front of them. They are trained and experienced in everything from available light ceremonies to brightly lit receptions.
Is your media preference film or digital?
All our photographers shoot digitally with state of the art cameras.
How many photographers do you work with?
We work with dozens of the best photographers from the Chicagoland area.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We do guarantee presence at the event. If any problems should arise we have back up photographers on hand.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Since we have so many photographers, we shoot many events every weekend. However our availability does fill up fast on weekends.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We do guarantee presence at the event. If any problems should arise we have back up photographers on hand.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Our photographers bring their digital camera, along with a backup, lighting and a portrait backdrop.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We request that all of our photographers bring a back up camera for the rare but possible mishaps that life may bring.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We charge by the package you choose. Packages start at $595 for ceremony & reception coverage and go up to $1495 for our all-inclusive package.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Our photographers are always on their toes and will only take short breaks if timing allows.
Do you charge for travel?
We service Cook & Lake Counties. Dupage & McHenry counties require a minimum of $25.00 travel charge.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Usually they are put online the same week.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
All forms of proofs are offered and can be custom fit into your package.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
If you get proofs, they are yours to keep. Online photos are up for 3 months but may be extended for no addititional charge.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We retain the copyright unless you choose a package with the disc. Then we sign over the rights to you.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
We may use your photos for ads and our website. Please let us know if you do not want us to use your photos.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, you will have your own personal online photo gallery where you and your guests can view and order pictures.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer many different types of beautiful, professionally bound albums. We recommend you set an appointment to view them.
When will the client get the final album?
This depends on the book you select. After approval they generally take about 3 weeks.
