My name is Jacqueline Hoare and I am passionate about Celebrating the Lives People Live! Special life events and important transitions allow us to connect to and celebrate life itself.

It would be my privilege to officiate your special life event. I will write and design your ceremony around the themes and personalities of both of you as a couple, thus creating a memory that is yours to cherish.
