We do not charge a fee for our services. On average there will be at least 15-20 emails and phone calls to assist in every way with your travel experience.

You will be working with an actual person who can provide a detailed explanation of each resort’s amenities, plus a description of various room categories. There are no automated phone services to fumble through.

Only a deposit is required and balance due 45 days before departure. Incremental payments are accepted.

We register you as VIP prior to your arrival with General Managers, Sales Managers and Hotel Managers & Wedding Coordinators. We have very STRONG relationships with resort management and you will be recognized as "Island Getaways VIP Clients."

We are available mornings, evenings & weekends when most other agencies are unavailable!

We price match any competitors rates at time of booking (providing the agency is a legitimate travel agency). If a better promotion should arise after booking, we will gladly rebook to the lower rate. We continually look for ways to save you money plus give you the personal service you deserve!!!!
