How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We have a flat day of event rate that includes 1 hour rehearsal prior to day of event. Special considerations
can be made for events not encompassing a wedding and
reception i.e. wedding only or rehearsal dinner or shower

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
A limited number of bamboo folding chairs are provided with our venue. We would be happy to coordinate rental items you may need for your event and handle the acceptance and delivery of such items for you.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Would be happy to provide a list of preferred vendors and suggestions for the bride's use, however, that is her final decision.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?

Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
The bride can provide her own liquor, however, she will also have to provide a host provided liquor liability policy, which is very easy to obtain.

Due to the gardens being in an outdoor space, normal city noise restrictions would be in place. All events are to conclude no later than 10:30 p.m. in order to be in compliance with local laws.

We do offer security and additional staff to help accomodate parking at an additional fee.
