When should I place my order?
Although it takes just 2-3 days after receipt of your completed order to print your order, you must allow time for addressing your wedding invitations and for guests to respond. Invitations should be mailed six weeks before the wedding, so order them at least two months before your wedding date.

Will you print a verse or wording on my invitations that I have written or do I have to choose one from your list?
If you would like to word your wedding invitations differently or write your own verse, we will gladly accommodate you. For no extra charge, we’ll print your original wording (up to 14 lines in length) on your invitations.

How can I make addressing my wedding invitations less time-consuming?
To save time without sacrificing elegance, order outer envelopes printed with your return address in the same lettering style and ink color you choose for your invitation wording.

How do we invite only a few guests to the ceremony and everyone to the reception?
Send everyone an invitation printed with such wording as: "Mr. and Mrs. Jacob R. Jones request the pleasure of your company at a reception in honour of the marriage of their daughter Brenda to Mr. Peter L. Hansen date, time, place..." For those few you’d like to invite to the ceremony, enclose what we normally call a "reception" card printed with the ceremony information: "The honour of your presence is requested at the ceremony date, time, place..."

How many wedding programs should I order?
To determine how many programs you need, count up exactly how many guests will attend. Order one program for each guest plus a few extras for guests you may have overlooked, as well as keepsakes for yourself. For a broad selection of wedding accessories, please refer to our catalog.

How many napkins should I order?
When ordering napkins, the general rule is double the number of wedding invitations you order. For example, if you are sending out 100 invitations, order 200 beverage and 200 luncheon napkins. For a broad selection of wedding accessories, please refer to our wedding accessories section.
