Planning a wedding? Make your reception fun and casual.
Perhaps you are planning an elegant wedding or a casual wedding, what about the traditional/non-traditional weddings? Regardless of the type of wedding you are having, it is an enjoyable time with friends and relatives. Are cloth napkins, tiny squab and vested servers really enjoyable? Make dinner a happy and exciting!

We provide private catering for small, intimate weddings for up to 100 people and the prices are affordable. Your choice of cuisine is prepared by Chef Mark, and our menu is developed around the desires of the couple to fit their tastes and their budget. We have very creative options for you -

We have standard white, green and gold linens as well as SS flatware. We do not have glassware, tables, chairs, etc., but we can arrange for such items.

While we have no problem with any religion, our experience is limited to traditional Catholic and Protestant religions.

Our experience is in both standard church and non-church venues.

We do not have our own venue. You must have a location and they must allow an off-premise caterer. 

Tips and Advice
Emergency!
All ways have an emergency kit at the wedding. The kit should contain: needle and threat, bandages, scissors, tape, safety pins, breath mints, cough drops, tissues, eye drops, aspirin, hand lotion, hair spray and brush, desk stapler, small wire, pen, pencil & paper, black & colored magic markers. What can go wrong, just might go wrong, so be prepared.

Money
To keep costs down, consider a buffet or a family style dinner. This also adds to a less stressful event. Is the dinner to impress or to enjoy?

Rehearsal Dinner
If the wedding party is small enough, consider having the rehearsal dinner at someone’s home. Why? Again, it is relaxed, conversation is easier, and some people are closer to their beds. No time constraints, no outside people barging in and you can even have your own private music. Our staff can prepare the dinner in-home or deliver it.

Toasting Tips:
It should last between one and five minutes.
OK to choke up but don’t break down.
Focus on the couple and not yourself.
Watch your jokes: don’t offend any guest due to age, religion or history. And don’t make fun of the bride or groom. It isn’t a roast.
Be funny only if you are good at it. Don’t strain to make a joke.
Watch your alcohol consumumption. If you drink a lot, all the above advice will be ignored in your "enlightened" state.
